4. Honor Appointment Policies

  • Arrive on time or log in punctually for sessions.

  • Provide advance notice for cancellations (per your client agreement).

  • Understand that repeated no-shows or late cancellations may impact your ability to continue services.

5. Respect Boundaries

  • Maintain appropriate boundaries in the therapeutic relationship, including respecting the professional nature of communication and session settings.

6. Technology Use

  • Use our website and communication platforms in a respectful and lawful manner.
