The Grace to Grace Clinical Supervision Program provides supportive, ethical, and clinically strong supervision for Licensed Social Workers seeking independent licensure (LISW).
Supervision integrates:
Clinical skill development
Trauma-informed care
Faith-sensitive approaches (optional)
Ethical and professional development
Case consultation and documentation review
Supervision meets the requirements set by the Ohio CSWMFT Board.

Clinical Supervision: Focuses on evaluating performance, approving intervention plans, and assuming responsibility for client welfare.
Training Supervision: Focuses on professional development, mentoring, and improving skills
Format: Can be individual (one-on-one) or group (maximum of six supervisees)

Participants will complete:
3,000 hours of supervised social work practice (If employed at Grace to Grace Behavioral Health)
150 hours of supervision
Supervision includes:
Individual Supervision: minimum 75 hours
Group Supervision: up to 75 hours

Case consultation
Clinical skill development
Ethical dilemmas
Countertransference and self-awareness
Treatment planning
Documentation support
Length: 60 minutes

Case consultation
Clinical skill building
Peer learning
Ethical discussions
Special topics
Examples of topics:
Trauma-informed therapy
Boundaries with clients
Working with couples and families
Cultural humility
Therapist burnout prevention
Documentation and treatment plans
Length: 2 hours

Monthly structure:
• 1 Individual Supervision (1 hour)
• 1 Group Supervision (2 hours)Total: 3 hours per month

Monthly Supervision Package
$250 per month
Includes:
1 Individual supervision session
2-hour group supervision session
Case consultation between sessions if needed
Individual Only Option: $120 per hour
Group Only Option: $55 per person
